The SL Filter factory covers an area of 50,000m2, employs more than 460 people, and has an output capacity of more than 20 million filters per year. We have a production workshop with a clear division of labor and professional production equipment, which helps to ensure we provide you with reliable quality filter products.

Production workshop

SL Filter has four production workshops, which are respectively responsible for the production of air filters, cabin air filters, oil filters and air-oil separators.

Cabin air filter production workshop
More than 600 kinds of cabin air filter are produced in this workshop. Here, we have six professional cabin air filter production lines, and the monthly output can reach up to 150,000 pcs.

Production process:

In order to meet the large quantity demands of global customers, we have introduced high-efficiency, automated production equipment. And we have implemented strict quality inspection techniques from raw material supplying to product delivery to ensure all of our filters meet customer requirements.
