The SL Filter factory covers an area of 50,000m2, employs more than 460 people, and has an output capacity of more than 20 million filters per year. We have a production workshop with a clear division of labor and professional production equipment, which helps to ensure we provide you with reliable quality filter products.

SL Filter has four production workshops, which are respectively responsible for the production of Air/Cabin air filter, Eco Oil filter, Spin-on Oil filter and Air-oil separator.

Cabin air filter production workshop
More than 600 kinds of cabin air filter are produced in this workshop. Here, we have six professional cabin air filter production lines, and the monthly output can reach up to 150,000 pcs.

Air-oil separator production workshop

This air-oil separator production workshop can produce more than 500 kinds of air-oil separators with its advanced production line. Its monthly output can reach up to more than 20,000 pcs.

PP filter production workshop
We have 12 vertical injection molding machines and can produce more than 500 kinds of injection molded air filters. Our monthly output can reach 400,000 pcs.

PU air filter production workshop
There are 5 professional PU air filter production lines in this workshop, we can produce more than 750 kinds of PU air filters, and the monthly output can reach up to 300,000 pcs.

Metal end cap filter production workshop

There are 2 professional metal end cap filter production lines in this workshop, and we can produce more than 500 kinds of metal end cap filters. The monthly output can reach up to 50,000 pcs.

Hot pressing air filter production workshop
There are 3 professional hot-pressing air filter production lines in this workshop, and we can produce more than 120 kinds of air filters. The monthly output can be up to 50,000 pcs.

Spin-on filter
There are 2 professional spin-on filter production lines in this workshop, and we can produce more than 300 kinds of spin-on filters. The monthly output can be up to 800,000 pcs.

Eco oil filter ( European /American filter material)
There are 5 professional Eco oil filter production lines in this workshop, we can produce more than 240 kinds of Eco oil filters, and the monthly output can be up to 150,000 pcs.
